Jennifer Lopez reveals her ‘underrated beauty secret’ as she recalls having a horrific panic attack

Jennifer Lopez claimed that she suffered a terrible panic attack from exhaustion in her early 20s, which taught her the value of a good night’s sleep.

In her On The JLo newsletter, the Marry Me star revealed her panic episode in which her body “froze completely” as she shared that sleep was the “most underappreciated beauty secret.

I was in my twenties and thought I was invincible. She added: “I was stuck in a trailer home and all the work and stress that came with it, coupled with the lack of sleep to mentally recover, was taking a toll on me.

“Now I know it was a classic panic attack triggered by exhaustion, but I had never heard the term at the time. JLo wrote that her security guard took her to the hospital and the whole experience was terrifying for her, adding, “I thought I was going crazy. I asked the doctor if I was going insane. The 52-year-old singing doctor stressed the importance of getting seven to nine hours of sleep each night, avoiding coffee and balancing work and exercise.
