India and Australia have always had very high hopes for each other when it comes to the possibility of going to war. Cricket has had great players on both the batting and bowling sides who impressed fans with their skill and showmanship. According to cricketing video, these are the best players who performed against Australia.

Based on how many wickets they have taken from Australia, these five Indian bowlers are the best:

  •  Zaheer Khan – 61 –

One of the best Indian seamers of all time, Zaheer Khan, would always bring his best game when playing against Australia. The left-handed bowler has shown off his impressive in-swing and out-swing bowling, as well as his impressive reverse-swing bowling, which has made the Australians very worried according to the cricketing video.

Between 2001 and 2012, Zaheer played in 19 Tests against Australia. During those matches, he took 61 wickets and had a career-high score of 8/137. In all three of his games against Australia, the man from Mumbai has taken five wickets.

During the game against Australia, Zaheer threw a total of 3857 balls and had an economy rate of 3.37. He let 2 171 runs score. He had 312 wickets in 92 games throughout his career.

  • Ravichandran Ashwin – 77 –

Even though he is still young, Indian off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has already done a lot of great things. Ashwin was the first Indian player to get to 100 Test wickets faster than anyone else. He did this in just 18 games. He is also tied with the legendary Muttiah Muralitharan for having taken 250 wickets in the longest version of the game in the shortest amount of time.

Given how successful Ashwin has been so far in his career, it shouldn’t have been a surprise that he did so well against Australia. The man from Chennai played in 15 Tests against Australia. During those games, he took 77 wickets, with a best of 12/198.

Both of Ashwin’s ten wickets and five-fors in the longest format came when he was playing against Australia in the longest format. The longest format is where Ashwin got his ten wickets and five-fors. Ashwin has played in a total of 71 Test matches, during which he has taken 365 wickets.

  •  Kapil Dev – 79 –

The greatest player India has ever produced was Kapil Dev. He was a true cricketing genius and is regarded as one of India’s all-time greatest players. The Indian superstar was renowned for his lethal seam bowling, which played a significant role in the elimination of several batsmen’s teams.

Kapil’s performance has been exceptional, even when measured against the lofty expectations of Australia. The city of Chandigarh is where the cricket player was born. He participated in 20 Test matches versus Australians and finished with an average score of 25.35 wickets taken. He took 79 wickets. He bowled 47.46 overs and allowed the other team to score a total of 2003 runs while he was in the bowling alley.

The day that Kapil took eight wickets and only allowed 109 runs to be scored was by far his best performance as a bowler. In the match against Australia, he finished with seven hauls of five wickets in each of those matches.

During his career, Kapil participated in a total of 131 tests. After his career was through, he finished with 434 wickets, which places him in second place among all Indian players in terms of this statistic.

  •  Harbhajan Singh – 95 –

At this juncture in his career, the Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh doesn’t require much of an introduction because of his extensive experience. As long back as anybody can remember, the Turbanator could swing the momentum of any bout in either direction with only one move. This ability has never changed.

Harbhajan was able to bowl well against every team, but he was at his absolute best when playing Australia, the team that posed the most challenge to him. This off-break bowler has been successful against the Baggy Greens in 18 of their matches, taking 95 wickets. 15 out of 217 is his best score when playing against them.

The format that lasts the longest is the one in which Bhajji played against Australia. He has thrown 5806 balls while accumulating seven five-fors and three ten-wicket hauls in his career.

In one-day international matches, Harbhajan has claimed a combined 417 wickets thus far in his career. Throughout his career, he has participated in 103 various kinds of examination.

  •  Anil Kumble – 111

Unquestionably a defining moment for the Indian team as a whole. Even after taking into account all of his data, Kumble maintains his position as the third-best bowler in the history of the Test cricket game. Kumble has amassed a total of 556 wickets throughout his career. The man from Bangalore has taken 619 wickets in the competition that goes on for the greatest amount of time. In the history of cricket, he has the third most wickets of anyone, behind only Muralitharan (800) and Shane Warne (708).
